This constraint ensures that every client relationship remains direct, attentive, and unscaled. Upon reaching this limit, we will close the firm to new engagements.

While we can accommodate third-party managers upon request, we avoid them due to layered fee structures that diminish net returns. We believe clients are best served through a streamlined, transparent portfolio construction process.
Our custodial relationship further reinforces this alignment. Through our partnership with Altruist, we avoid the conflicts commonly introduced by product cross-selling at larger custodians. This allows us to maintain a clean advisory structure—one that is centered on fiduciary responsibility, cost efficiency, and clarity of purpose.
